Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is used when you visit this website and order a cake from Eggless Homemade Cakes (Sarabjit Kaur, Al Khail Gate, Al Quoz, Dubai).

What we collect

The website has no accounts, no online payments and no newsletter. We only receive the details you choose to send us on WhatsApp, such as your name, phone number, order details, date, time, delivery area and address notes.

Your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you press "Send order on WhatsApp". You can clear it at any time by removing the items or clearing your browser data.

How we use your details

• To confirm, bake and hand over your order.
• To contact you about that order on WhatsApp or by phone.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, except where needed to deliver your cake (for example, giving the delivery address to a driver).

WhatsApp and other services

Messages you send through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. The website links to Google Maps and Instagram, which have their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your order messages and details at any time by messaging +971 56 922 7015 on WhatsApp.
